Return Policy

  • If in any stage it is found that we delivered different product than the one ordered by you, then please call our customer care to report the issue. We will make sure that your designated order is delivered to you. No refund would be made , unless there is shortage of the tiles ordered by you. In that case our Customer Care representative will contact you for reviewing your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If the items are damaged beyond it can be sold , we won't be able to make the refunds.

  • Our agent will pick the wrong order from your end. We will immediately take action to arrange the right order for you once we get back the wrongly delivered consignment back to us. We request you to give us a time of 3-5 working days to rectify our order.

  • All the items are not eligible for return/exchange policy. Please check the product description for return/exchange eligibility. For all the eligible return/exchange products customer needs to send the goods to our office address. Customer needs to pay the transportation charges for the return/exchange.
  • Once we receive the return we will initiate the refund process. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. No return will be accepted for the damaged items. It may take around 5-7 working days for the final settlement.
