Please note - Tiles are fragile in nature. So as per the company standard a maximum damage of 2-3% may happen during transit and handling. Anything above 3% will be immadiately replaced.
Can I do Return/Exchange this product ?: Sorry, there is no Return/Exchange allowed for this product. We request you to check the design and measurments properly before placing the order.

Incase a different material supplied than ordered then our company will immidiately change it.
How is the quality of this product?: This product is of PREMIUM quality. It comes with warranty.
How much wastage should I consider to buy extra?: Generally it is a standard practice to add 10-12% extra to the actual measurements. Sometime recommended to add more if installing tile in diagnonal or herringbone pattern.
