First of all MyTyles is amazing, they have the widest collection of tiles for every taste, and range. Many stores claim they are the largest store in India, because they have not visited MyTyles yet. Its not just about the store size and collection, its the experience that a customer gets. We were assisted with sales rep- Alisa through out and helped us finding the right match & combination. When the variety is so wide, making a right choice can be difficult. This where their well trained Alisa comes into play- she first spend few minutes with us about our requirement, our vision and themes that have then directly took us to right sections- within 45 mins to 1 hour, she helped us narrow down on our tiles. She even spoke to our interior designer over a phone call to help us select the material We had visited many stores before MyTyles, not one of them went through the level of details and understood our requirements. But here our experience was completely different. While doing tiles, we ran shot of the material, and Alisa was promptly available on phone calls and address our material needs swiftly. Excellent Collection of Tiles & Natural Stone We recently purchased natural stone from this store, and we had a very good experience. MyTyles has been our one-stop destination for all tiling needs of our villa. The selection is huge, prices reasonable, excellent quality but what stands truly apart is their impeccable customer service! Even when there was scarcity of tiles in the market due to the war impact, MyTyles was able to source tiles in a reasonable time frame. One can find tiles of all designs - traditional, contemporary, mosaics and across all price range - right from budget to luxury and even imported ones, all under one massive roof. If there's one area MyTyles could improve is their logistics. First, they do not provide free transportation even if the order value is in the order of lacs and secondly, they send it through third party vendors. For smaller orders, they send it through Porter. Though, at all times, the tiles were packaged well and the damaged ones in transit were in the acceptable 3-5% range. Huge shout out to Rajesh sir who has helped us right from day 1 and has helped narrow the selections, choose the better design basis our villa's theme, sourced the tiles even during times of scarcity and helped get them delivered real quick in times of urgent need. I would highly recommend MyTyles, the largest and the best tile store in Bangalore.
