We had placed the online order on one of the designs unfortunately the design went out of stock but Mr.Nandu helped us with similar design patterns from the available stock and helped us to choose the design as per our needs. Happy that everything was done online and the difference amount was refunded immediately. Definitely recommend Mytiles. Lot many options to choose and of good quality.

Mytyles has a very large collection of tiles for our home. It becomes difficult to choose with so much of varieties. We had to come three whole days to finally select our required tiles. One staff was assigned to us Srinandu was there with us all along, helped us select the right combination. Didn't hesitate even if we had to redo our selected tiles. Srinandu was always accommodative with our request. Never seen such a patient person even after troubling so much ️. One feedback for Mytyles on return policy. We have tiles which are left over which are still in sealed condition however those cannot be returned. It is not useful for us atleast the company should see if anything can be done for these unused tiles. Thanks, Anand J
