Generally it is a standard practice to add 10-12% extra to the actual measurements. Sometime recommended to add more if installing tile in diagonal or herringbone pattern.

No complaints will be entertained once installation is done. Please note : For damage complaint please raise immediately once material received. Kindly refer to the damage policy.

Damaged tiles will be replaced at earliest.Please note - Tiles are fragile in nature. So as per the company standard a maximum damage of 2-3% may happen during transit and handling. Anything above 3% will be immediately replaced.
